Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and professional purposes related to our services — arranging burial or cremation, planning ahead, researching family history, locating a grave, or contacting our office. You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false or misleading information, attempting to access non-public areas or accounts, scraping or bulk-downloading records, circumventing rate limits or security measures, or interfering with the site's operation.
Grave locator and burial records
The free grave locator searches a digital index of our historical interment records. While we work hard to keep the index accurate, records spanning more than 170 years may contain errors, omissions, or variant spellings, and the digital index may not include every interment. Results are provided for personal reference and do not constitute a certified record. For confirmed information, documentation, or archival research, please use our genealogy research service or contact the office.
Genealogy research fee
Staff genealogy research is subject to a $25 research fee per request, payable online or by phone. The fee covers staff research time and is non-refundable, including when no matching record is found. Standard requests are typically processed within 10 business days; archival research in older ledgers may take longer.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment you authorize the charge described at checkout. Questions about a charge should be directed to our office at 908.352.7940.
No professional advice
Content on this website — including the planning guide and frequently asked questions — is general information, not legal or financial advice. Funeral, burial, and pre-need arrangements are governed by New Jersey law and by the specific terms of any written agreement you enter into with the cemetery.
